Privacy
What happens to files, what stays in your browser, and how advertising cookies work if Google ads appear.

- Who runs Awraqi
- Awraqi (أوراقي) is a document site from Lebanon, published at awraqi.net. One person runs it.
- Files you upload
- An upload is read in memory to extract its text, then discarded. Awraqi has no file storage and does not keep an account of your documents. Translation text is sent to a translation engine over an encrypted connection. Nothing else about you is sent with it. Image ↔ PDF, merge, compress, Sign PDF, and Word to PDF run in this browser. PDF to Word sends the file only to extract its text, then discards it.
- What stays in your browser
- Invoice drafts, saved clients and logos, and a CV you type in the builder stay in this browser only. Clearing the browser data clears them. The language of the page is in the address (/en or /ar), not in a stored profile.
- Payments
- The ATS-adjusted CV ($9.99) and each invoice PDF ($3) are paid through Whish Money when checkout is open. Awraqi does not store card numbers. Whish handles the payment on its own pages.
- Advertising
- Some pages may show advertisements from Google AdSense. Ads are never printed on a downloaded file. Ads are not placed on the homepage. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technology to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this site and other sites. You can turn off personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings.
