Terms and refunds
The rules for using Awraqi, what a payment buys, and when you get your money back.

- The service
- Awraqi offers free tools (CV audit, converters, translation) and two paid digital files: the ATS-adjusted CV in Word and PDF ($9.99) and one invoice PDF ($3). Prices are in USD and charged once. There is no subscription and no account.
- Payment
- You pay on PayPal (PayPal balance or card) or in Whish Money, on their own pages. A paid file unlocks only after the payment provider confirms the payment to Awraqi.
- What a payment includes
- ATS-adjusted CV: downloads of the rebuilt Word and PDF in the same browser for 24 hours after payment. Invoice: one PDF download, to be used within 2 hours of payment. A file is delivered as soon as you press download.
- Refunds
- Because the files are digital and delivered immediately, a payment is refunded when: you were charged but the file could not be downloaded, you were charged twice for the same item, or the file is broken (it does not open or is empty) and a fix is not possible. Write within 14 days with the payment reference from your PayPal or Whish receipt; refunds go back to the original payment method. A change of mind after a successful download, or the wording you typed yourself, is not refunded. Please write before opening a dispute; it is the fastest way to a refund.
- Your content
- You are responsible for what you upload and type, and you must have the right to use it. Do not use Awraqi to create false or misleading documents, including invoices or receipts for sales that did not happen.
- No promised outcome
- The CV score models how hiring software reads a file; it does not promise an interview. The translation is a machine draft, not a sworn translation. Sign PDF places an image of a signature; it is not a certified electronic signature. You are responsible for the tax and legal content of your invoices.
- Availability and liability
- Awraqi is provided as is and may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Awraqi's liability for any paid item is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Changes and law
- These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you paid applies to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
